Welcome to the ninth edition of keiki weekly. This week has been characterized by deep focus and internal refinement. While there were no loud external announcements, the engine room has been busier than ever. We stepped into a “feedback week,” turning our lenses inward to polish our flagship product before its imminent public debut.
We are currently in the final stretch the calm before the launch, solidifying our product’s logic, user experience, and strategic positioning.

1) The Digital Home: Agentic Focus & Gratitude
Recently, we overhauled our web presence with a distinct focus on an “Agentic” approach, detailing our AI solution areas and services. The response has been overwhelmingly positive.

Aside from these digital housekeeping items, the studio side remains stable as we funnel our energy into the Venture Lab.

1) The Flagship (Formerly Fluxar): Preparing for the “Sense” Era
We have officially updated the name of our flagship product (Fluxar). However, we are holding back the reveal for just a little longer. Our target is to share the new identity simultaneously with the v2.0 launch in approximately 10 days.
This week was dedicated to rigorous internal feedback loops. Together with my strategic partner Selen, we dissected the product’s Information Architecture (IA) and User Experience (UX).
Micro-Refinements: We polished the landing page content and overhauled the user panel’s navigation. Specifically, we refined the Global and Local menus to ensure a seamless, intuitive flow for the user.
The “Sense” Integration: v2.0 will introduce the “Sense” capability. This allows the product to ingest analytics data from mobile, web, desktop, and even kiosk applications.
The Power of Context: By combining our existing AI Engine (already strong in UX analysis) with real-time analytics data, v2.0 will be truly data-driven. It will recognize the user, understand the product’s context, prioritize actions, and provide comprehensive, change-sensitive insights.
Human-Expert Loop: We are bridging the gap between AI and human intuition. Users can now opt for feedback from a real human UX expert—either as a one-off service or a recurring subscription via the panel.
2) Technical Health & Revenue Strategy
While we refine the frontend, the backend is undergoing heavy stress testing to ensure stability at scale. Simultaneously, on the business side, Selen has taken the lead on defining the revenue model, packaging strategy, and sales approach. We are in the final evaluation phase before locking in our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
3) On the Horizon: Houra AI & New Concepts
Houra AI: Currently, this product remains on the shelf, but it is constantly in our peripheral vision. The plan is to unpause development and fast-track it immediately after the flagship v2.0 launch (target: 10 days).
Incubating a New Concept: We have started the documentation phase for a brand-new product. It sits on a similar axis to our flagship—focused on user feedback for digital product companies. We are currently defining its scope and strategy and will share details once the blueprint is finalized.
