I’m Baran Bedir. I spent most of my life in Istanbul before moving to Barcelona, where I’m based now. I’ve been building digital products since I was 13, and now run two AI-native studios across both cities: a UX-focused product & service studio and an AI-native venture studio.

Here’s my take on how technology is reshaping our lives. Expect essays and observations on UX, strategy, and how AI is changing the way we design, build, and work, plus interviews with people I want to learn from: makers, founders, and the people behind the products and ideas I find interesting.
